Our client, a globally recognized name in the luxury sector (whose identity remains confidential), wanted to better understand the relationship between product presentation and purchase behavior — not through anecdote, but through data. The goal: to bring the precision of digital analytics into the physical retail space, without compromising the elegance or layout of their boutiques.

We developed In-Store Deep Vision, a computer vision–based PoC designed to track which objects are shown to clients and which are ultimately purchased. This allows brands to measure the efficiency of their rituals — better understanding which presentations lead to conversions, and which moments may need refinement.
The system was built in partnership with Motorola, leveraging advanced camera equipment and deployed on the AWS platform. It achieved an impressive 89% accuracy in identifying the specific objects it was trained to detect — even under varied lighting conditions and among visually similar items.
